ALEX STEPHENSON
Pastor

Alex joined River of Life in 2022 as a pastoral resident and became interim pastor in July 2024, before being voted in as lead pastor in July of 2025. Originally from Northern Ireland, Alex earned his Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees at the Irish Baptist College. He is married to Miri—a German native—and they have a sweet daughter. They enjoy meeting new people from all around the world. To get in touch with Alex, please email him at alex@rol-frankfurt.com

STEFAN WIRTHS
Elder

Stefan and his wife Mica were part of the core team that helped launch River of Life back in 2019/2020.
In the first three years and again since early 2024, Stefan has been faithfully serving as Elder, first alongside Sam Dyer and now continuing on with Alex Stephenson. Mica, leads the Connect Team, which is our welcome ministry at River of Life, and serves on the communion team.
Both Stefan and Mica enjoy welcoming new visitors and helping them feel at home and get plugged in at RoL, so if you see them on a Sunday, feel free to say hi!

KEVIN SCHMIDT
Deacon of Finance /Treasurer

Kevin and Érika have been a part of River of Life since before the church even had an official name. Kevin's business experience and Érika's creative eye have been a great help from the start. Érika assists with presentations and design, and Kevin serves as the church treasurer and occasionally plays the drums on Sunday mornings.

CAMRYN CHISARI
Admin Assistant

Camryn started as an intern at River of Life in the fall of 2023 before becoming the administrative assistant in July 2024. Her husband, Vito, also enjoys serving in many ways at RoL, including co-leading one of the River Groups and helping with set-up on Sunday mornings. RAYMOND CHIU
Deacon of Facilities

Originally from Hong Kong, Raymond came to faith in Christ while living in the UK, before later moving to Frankfurt in 2019. He joined River of Life in 2022 and since has been eagerly and joyfully serving in a variety of roles, including the Sunday set-up team, co-leading River Groups, and participating in several cohorts over the years.

In January 2025, Raymond was elected as one of the first deacons of River of Life and now serves as Deacon of Facilities. If you have any questions about our meeting location, Raymond would be glad to help.

TIFFANY GIBSON
Deacon of Practical Care

Tiffany and her family (husband Nathan and son J.) started attending River of Life in 2023 after moving to Frankfurt. Originally from the USA, they have been so grateful to be part of the RoL family as they live away from their home country. Tiffany started out serving on the River Kids team and hosting/co-leading the ladies' Bible studies. The Gibsons also host a River Group, where Nathan helps lead and Tiffany and J. enjoy helping everyone to feel welcome. Expressing care through actions/helping is one of Tiffany's favorite ways to show God's love to others. So she is very excited to be serving the church through practical care.
